Sometimes when we are going through a difficult time we may feel like we’re the only one who is struggling.

We may feel that reaching out for support is for other people but that we need to be strong.  Allowing ourselves to give and also receive support can begin the healing process.  Even allowing a small crack of light in the door can alleviate some of the darkness.
