Couples Fertility Review

The Couples Fertility Review is a structured, systems-based review for individuals and couples who feel stuck, pressured, or out of options on their fertility journey. It’s designed for those who have tried naturally, experienced IVF failure, been advised to move to donor eggs, or received “normal” results without clear answers. Rather than rushing to the next recommendation, this review pauses the process to identify why conception or embryo development has not worked. By evaluating patterns across both partners and key biological systems, the review brings clarity to what may have been missed and helps guide informed next steps alongside your medical care. Couples Fertility Review

Product description

The Couples Fertility Review is designed for people who feel like they are moving from one fertility decision to the next without a clear explanation for why things have not worked.

Many couples are advised to move quickly into another IVF cycle, donor eggs, or additional treatment without stepping back to understand the biological patterns influencing the outcome.

This review pauses that process.

It looks carefully at fertility history, prior testing, and biological patterns across both partners to identify what may have been missed before the next decision is made.

This work happens alongside your existing medical care. It does not replace your fertility clinic.

Who This Is For

This review may be appropriate if you:

• have been trying to conceive without success
• have experienced IVF failure or embryo arrest
• have been diagnosed with low AMH, high FSH, diminished ovarian reserve, or POI
• have experienced recurrent pregnancy loss
• have been told everything looks “normal” but still have no explanation

Most clients are couples.
Individuals pursuing pregnancy independently are also supported.

What We Review

Rather than focusing on a single diagnosis or number, the review looks at how multiple biological systems interact across both partners.

This review focuses on identifying biological patterns that standard fertility workups often do not evaluate.

The review typically includes:

• fertility history and treatment timeline
• blood work review for both partners
• semen analysis review for the male partner
• functional testing for the female partner, including food sensitivity testing, gut microbiome testing, and nutrigenetic testing

Food sensitivity testing helps identify immune reactions that may contribute to systemic inflammation.

Gut microbiome testing evaluates bacterial balance, pathogens, digestion, and intestinal inflammation that may influence immune signaling and hormone balance.

Nutrigenetic testing evaluates genetic variants that influence detoxification, hormone metabolism, nutrient utilization, and methylation pathways.

Together, these data points help identify biological patterns that may affect fertility, including metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, immune, microbiome, and partner-related factors.

These patterns can also provide insight into how the body is responding to stress physiology and nervous system regulation, which can influence reproductive signaling.

Additional Testing When Needed

Depending on what appears during the review, additional testing may be recommended to clarify specific biological patterns.

This may include areas such as hormone metabolism, adrenal function, mineral balance, vaginal microbiome evaluation, nutrient status, or environmental toxin exposure.

Additional testing is recommended only when it helps clarify a pattern affecting fertility and is discussed before any testing is ordered.

All testing is optional and paid directly to the laboratories.

What Couples Leave With

By the end of the review process, couples typically have:

• a clearer understanding of why previous attempts may not have worked
• identification of biological patterns affecting fertility
• guidance on what should be evaluated or addressed before the next fertility decision

This may include preparing for natural conception, IVF, or embryo transfer.

What Happens After the Review

Some couples use the review to make a decision about their next step.

Others choose to continue working together while implementing the findings and preparing for pregnancy.

Fertility timelines vary. Many couples continue support over a 12–18 month period as changes are implemented and monitored.
