I have to admit I love Chia Pudding.  It fills me up, is great for digestion and is one of my go to’s when I have a sugar craving.

Soy-free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free, Egg-free, Corn-free, Processed Sugar-free

Chia seeds are loaded with Omega 3’s fatty acids, antioxidants, fibre and protein. The banana is great to boost sperm quality.
