Six years ago, Amira and her husband and struggled with secondary infertility. It was one of the most difficult periods in her life.  She always knew in her heart and mind, that she would have more children. After over two years of struggle she conceived a healthy set of twins. Going through that experience has led her to this work and now her life is dedicated to helping others conceive with more ease.  She co-facilitates our online Mindfulness Fertility Series.

Are you struggling with infertility?

The Mind-Body Fertility program is an excellent resource if you are struggling with fertility issues. This program addresses the emotional impact of infertility and provides specific techniques to help you embrace the journey with a different lens.  Yes, imagine being ok with this process and uncovering new strengths and positivity you thought you never had.

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom” Viktor Frankl

The Mind-Body Fertility group is structured over the course of six weeks and each week we focus on mindfulness based stress reduction techniques specifically for fertility health and mental well-being. As you learn about the mind-body relationship, you will understand the connection and the important relationship between the mind and body.

Aside from learning coping techniques, you will also meet other women who are going through a similar journey. In the group, we explore mindfulness meditation, cognitive restructuring, fertility yoga, the mind-body connection and hypnotherapy.  Once you finish the program, your tool belt will be filled with alternative ways to help you embrace this challenge and move through it with more ease.
