The Couples Fertility Review with Expanded Partner Testing is a structured, systems-based review for individuals and couples who are trying to build their family and feel stuck, pressured, or out of options.
Some have tried naturally.
Some have experienced IVF failure or poor embryo development.
Some have been advised to move directly to donor eggs without a clear explanation.
What they share is this: no one has clearly explained why conception or embryo progression has not worked.
This review exists to pause the rush to the next recommendation and carefully evaluate both partners when outcomes suggest sperm contribution, shared biology, or downstream embryo issues.
This service works alongside your existing medical care and does not replace your clinical team.
Who This Is For
This review is appropriate if you:
-
Have tried to conceive without success
-
Have experienced IVF failure, embryo arrest, or poor day-5 blast development
-
Have been advised to pursue donor eggs or sperm without a clear explanation
-
Have recurrent pregnancy loss
-
Have “normal” results but persistent poor outcomes
-
Suspect sperm DNA fragmentation, oxidative stress, or immune factors may be contributing
Most clients are couples. Individuals pursuing pregnancy independently are also supported. Scope and investment are based on biological complexity, not relationship status.
How the Review Begins
Rather than focusing on a single diagnosis or lab value, the review evaluates patterns across systems and timelines for both partners.
The review typically includes:
-
Detailed review of fertility history and prior treatments
-
Bloodwork review for both partners
-
Functional testing for both partners (food sensitivity, stool, genetics)
Partner testing is often critical in cases of poor embryo progression, failed implantation, recurrent loss, or unexplained IVF failure.
What’s Included
-
Review of fertility history, diagnoses, labs, and IVF or embryology reports
-
Identification of metabolic, inflammatory, hormonal, immune, and sperm-related patterns
-
Evaluation of factors that influence fertilization, embryo development, and DNA integrity
-
Guidance on what should be addressed before repeating IVF, pursuing donor options, or proceeding naturally
-
Focused support during key review and decision periods
This is a decision-support service, not ongoing coaching.
Testing and Supplements
Functional testing for both partners is part of the review process and paid directly to the labs.
Additional testing may be recommended based on findings (e.g., sperm DNA fragmentation, oxidative stress markers, immune or metabolic contributors) and is discussed in advance. Supplements are optional and purchased separately.
After the Review Period
After the six-month review phase, many clients continue with monthly support to prepare the body for pregnancy and improve the likelihood of success.
Ongoing support focuses on:
-
Implementing and refining recommendations over time
-
Monitoring response and adjusting based on follow-up testing
-
Supporting metabolic, hormonal, immune, and inflammatory balance
-
Preparing for natural conception, IVF, or transfer when appropriate
This work recognizes that fertility timelines are individual and require ongoing assessment rather than one-time recommendations. Monthly support is billed separately.
Pregnancy timelines vary. With consistent follow-through, many clients continue support over a 12–18 month period as their body moves toward readiness.
Entry
Participation is by application only.
The appropriate scope of review is determined by biology, not diagnosis or preference.
Program fees do not include the cost of laboratory testing, supplements, shipping, or services provided by third parties. These costs vary based on individual needs and location and are discussed in advance.
