  • A balance of exercise is good, but a little bit too much exercise is going to lead to increased stress and inflammation.
  • People respond quite differently to exercise.
  • Movement is essential so do something you can do consistently

  • Take a true inventory on what are you doing in your life to manage your stress and have time for doing nothing
  • Find time in your morning and later in the day for letting our mind be at peace
  • Start your day with something positive.

  • Give yourself permission to say no.
  • The limbo of indecision is one of the things that truly drives inflammation in your body
