The Number One Thing We Can Do To Get Pregnant This Year (Hint: It's Not Rushing To IVF)

The Number One Thing We Can Do To Get Pregnant This Year (Hint: It's Not Rushing To IVF)

We’re digging into how to know if IVF is the next step if you have low AMH/high FSH.

If the majority of us can get pregnant naturally, why is there such a push to go to IVF?

First of all, most doctors get little more than one week of nutrition training in medical school.

They simply don’t know the power of personalized lifestyle changes to improve pregnancy success.

So, their go-to solution is medication.

Many medical schools are funded by big pharma. Doctors are indoctrinated into the pharmaceutical complex during their training. They are NOT trained to investigate why a bodily system is out of balance, only to identify the issue and prescribe a drug or cut it out with surgery.

Don’t get me wrong; modern medicine saves lives. If you have an acute issue, such as a broken arm, your doctor can help. But for chronic conditions such as infertility, our medical system falls short.

The number one thing we can do to get pregnant isn’t rush to IVF; it's to focus on our health.

But where do we start (how do we avoid time wasters) so we can get pregnant this year?

In this episode, you'll learn:

  1. You’ve tried diet/lifestyle changes, and you feel like IVF is the next step
  2. You’re not sure how to optimize successful IVF
  3. You feel like something is being missed, but your REI keeps telling you that you’re running out of time
  4. You’ve already experienced failed IVF, and they're rushing you into another retrieval and/or transfer (sometimes with the same protocol)
  5. You feel hesitant to rush back in again without making targeted changes to your health

        HIGHLIGHTS:

4:46 THE FAST TRACK IS WORKING ON YOUR HEALTH

          • In a very short period, you can make massive changes to your reproductive health and improve your chances of having your baby.
          • Back when I was diagnosed with POI, I would have said my health was great (in reality, it wasn’t)
          • Sometimes, we may not know that seemingly unrelated health issues are related to our fertility.
          • In conventional medicine, no one stops to look at the underlying causes
          • Just because mentally you can still cope doesn't mean your body is coping well.

          7:43 TAKING A TARGETED APPROACH

          • The importance of using personalized recommendations to improve fertility outcomes
          • Types of functional testing we recommend
          • Building your health team
          • You’re the conductor of your healing.

          9:36 CLUE #1: LONG-TERM HORMONAL BIRTH CONTROL

          • Many times, people are put on the pill for reasons other than birth control
          • Some people experience adverse side effects and don’t recognize that the pill is the cause

10:58 CLUE #2: UNDETECTED AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE

          • For several people chasing symptoms and struggling to conceive, there can be an undetected autoimmune disease
          • If you have celiac disease, it’s about more than gluten. There are a lot of cross-reactors.
          • There can be underlying inflammation in the body even when there hasn’t been a flare-up

          12:47 CLUE #3: FOOD SENSITIVITIES

          • It's figuring out the foods that are triggering inflammation and taking them out for a short time
          • You heal the gut, and then you bring most of the foods back in
          • If you know there's an issue with a type of food, just stop eating it.

          14:00 CLUE #4: GUT INFECTIONS

          15:18 CLUE #5: THYROID DYSFUNCTION

          18:30 CLUE #6: CHRONIC STRESS

21:06 CLUE #7: ENVIRONMENTAL TOXIN OVERLOAD

          23:30 CLUE #8: OVEREXERCISING & UNDEREATING

          • How cortisol testing can offer essential insights

24:30 CLUE #9: BREAST IMPLANT ILLNESS

26:00 CLUE #10: BLOOD SUGAR DYSREGULATION

          27:08 CLUE #11: POOR SLEEP

          28:05 CLUE #12: DIGESTIVE ISSUES

          • It’s normal to eliminate one to three times per day.
          • Digestive issues can cause you not to absorb all the nutrients in your food

30:14 THERE’S NO DOWNSIDE TO FOCUSING ON YOUR HEALTH

31:30 CASE STUDIES OF IMPROVING EGG QUALITY

Ultimate Guide to Getting Pregnant This Year If You Have Low AMH/High FSH

              ---

I just put together a new guide “Reconnecting With Your Fertility: Preparing Your Body With Diet ” that I'm going to give you pro bono (aka, free 😂)

If you want it, reply here with "10 DAY".

              It includes:

✅ Step by step 10 day plan to determine if you have a food sensitivity (a theme we see with low AMH and/or High FSH is food sensitivity)

✅ The final word on caffeine, alcohol and sugar and what you need to know as you prepare for pregnancy success

✅ What to expect when you begin to reintroduce the foods back into your diet (this is the most critical step and so many people get this part wrong)

✅ Why a generalized approach to diet wastes time and how to fast track pregnancy success with this proven 10 day plan

              And a lot more.

              Now, you may be asking...

              WHY AM I DOING THIS?

#1) If you like it you'll prob buy my stuff later on

#2) I really like helping you and I enjoy getting all the "this free stuff is better than the last paid fertility course I took" messages in my inbox

If you want to claim the free guide, just email hello@fabfertile.ca and say "10 DAY".

              You will be impressed.

Vitamin D deficiency may be linked to decreased ovarian reserve, as indicated by higher serum FSH, low AMH and low antral follicle count. In simpler terms, ensuring adequate vitamin D levels could potentially boost your fertility odds.

We see low vitamin D levels all the time with our clients.
